Monday Morning Meme

I found this one at Salome's Corner:

Music Meme:

Look at these Billboard charts for the five calendar years you were in high school. Choose the song(s) that was your a) fave then, b) fave now, c) worst overall.

Click on the titles to listen.

THEN
"Ballroom Blitz" by Sweet.

NOW
"Killer Queen" by Queen

WORST
"Wasted Days and Wasted Nights" by Freddie Fender

1976 ~ Freshman to sophomore year
THEN
"Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen

NOW
"Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen

WORST:
"Convoy" by C. W. McCall

1977 ~ Sophomore to junior year
THEN
"The Things We Do for Love" by 10CC

NOW
"Somebody to Love" by Queen

WORST
"Car Wash" by Rose Royce

1978 ~ Junior into senior year
THEN
"Hollywood Nights" by Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band

NOW
"Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" by Meatloaf

WORST
"You Light Up My Life" by Debby Boone

1979 ~ Senior year and into the world
THEN
"Time Passages" by Al Stewart

NOW
"Heart of Glass" by Blondie

WORST
"Ring My Bell" by Anita Ward

This was a lot harder than I expected. Particularly the first 4 years, there were dozens of songs I loved, and still like. Disco really did take over in 1979--no wonder my friends and I complained so much. But I was ruthless and picked just one--otherwise I'd be here all day writing down song titles... and singing along in my head.
