My "short list"

1.

Nicholas Brendon
This is mostly for the character of Xander Harris on Buffy the Vampire Slayer with his bravery, loyalty, and determination to do the right thing. It might be a teensy bit for the eyes and the smile.
2.
Tim Curry
Partly the voice, maybe, again, the eyes. And who doesn't love Frankenfurter?
3.
John Cusack
Apparently, I have a thing for eyes. And a crooked smile. Plus, he tends to pick really good roles.
4.
Johnny Depp
Yeah, well, isn't he on pretty much everyone's short list?
5.
Vin Diesel
The voice, the muscles. Probably eyes and smile again. The muscles. And did I mention the voice?
6.

Harry Dresden

Yes, I'm aware that he's fictional. At least I'm pretty sure he is. It's not like the others in this list aren't. This one is all personality. Snark, that confidence/competence thing that always gets me, and an unshakeable determination to Do The Right Thing.
7.

Neil Gaiman
Well, he's pretty much a genius, so that's very attractive.
8.

Samuel L. Jackson
Eyes again, and a great intensity. Another actor with a genius for picking roles.
9.

Freddie Mercury
Yes, I know, he's a) gay, and b) dead, but that voice gets me. And it's not like any of the others are actual possibilities either. 		10.

Brad Pitt
Eyes, crooked grin. Yeah, yeah, he's a pretty-boy. But he's such a pretty pretty-boy. Image that's a combo of self-assured and self-deprecating.
11.

Alan Rickman
But please, god, not with that yellow-blond hair. It's the eyes, the crooked smile, the accent, and the roles.
12.
Will Smith
Just too cute. Infectious laugh. Probably the eyes again.
13.
Bruce Willis
Mostly, the unserious attitude and the eyes, chin, and crooked smile.

Guten Tag! :) Great list. :) Hubby and I just finished reading Neil Gaiman's entire "Sandman" collection in trade paperback. Great stuff. You definitely have some others on your list who would be on mine - I may steal the idea for a future TT, if you don't mind. :) Tschüss!

Oh, yeah, Xander. Makes my little heart go pitty-pat. Jim Butcher wrote a post about why Xander was such a great character once--I should try to find it. Mostly it was about loyalty and how he hung in there even though he was the only Scoobie without any special powers.

Laura, I'm going to have that song going through my head all day now. LOL Appropriate, though. :)

OOh what a good person you are to psot all those hunky photos!!!

And well well, complex woman too with Neil Gaimean on there, sweet.

I would have him, Depp, and Brad Pitt(love that photo, it's from Spy Game right, with Robert Redford who is also on my short list...) Bruce Willis for sure...Rickman, Bill Murray, Benicio , Denzel Washington, and Jimmy Smits and Vincet D-Onfrio(Law and Order Criminal Intent)...sorry about bad spelling!

My list is up, but it sure isn't as sexy...it's 13 things about being goth...

Yum! I'd have picked nearly all of these. Rather than N. Brendon, I'm rather partial to Nicolas Cage (aka Droopy) and in particular, to John Malkovich! It's all in the head. But Freddy Mercury was particularly inspired - how someone can get you with JUST HIS VOICE. I learned what "pansexual" meant the other day from a blogger, I think it could apply to me with respect to Mercury. Great choice of list.
