TBR Challenge for March
TBR Challenge for March
Read a book that has something edible in its title.
Examples from my shelves include: Witches' Brew by Terry Brooks, Cat in an Orange Twist by Carole Nelson Douglas, Breakfast at Bethany's by Kathleen O'Reilly.
I read Night's Kiss by Amanda Ashley. Kiss... Hershey's... it's the closest thing I could find in my TBR pile.
It had been there for about a year.
It was good, not great, but a fun vampire romance that also included witches and time travel, which was kinda cool--the hero's a vampire and he goes back in time and saves a witch from being burned at the stake, and brings her (and her cat!) back to the future.

I just finished reading Bordersnakes, a really great hardboiled novel.
Some people eat snakes . . . the barbarians.

Heh. "Hardboiled," too, could fit the challenge, if you stretch it a bit.
So, who wrote it? Should I put it on my list of books to look for? And what are you doing up so late?
